What happens when I exceed my monthly download limit?
On Free and Pro plans, downloads pause at the end of your billing cycle and reset on the renewal date. You can upgrade mid-cycle to restore access immediately. Enterprise plans have no hard cap.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switching from monthly to annual applies the 17% discount to your remaining balance. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current term — no partial refunds, no penalties.
What does "no attribution required" mean?
Pro and Enterprise subscribers may use downloaded clips in commercial projects without crediting the original creator or linking back to StockFlow. Free-tier users must include a visible credit in video descriptions or on web pages.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full Pro or Enterprise access for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe by day 14, your account reverts to the Free tier and all downloaded files remain usable under their original license terms.
Do Enterprise custom licenses cover broadcast and out-of-home advertising?
Yes. Enterprise plans include extended rights for broadcast TV, cinema, out-of-home billboards, and social media ads. Specific territorial or time-bound restrictions can be negotiated with your account manager.
