What you get
Filter by codec (ProRes, H.264, H.265), frame rate (24/25/30/60 fps), color space (Rec.709, Rec.2020, Log), and aspect ratio. Full-text search indexes contributor descriptions, tags, and scene metadata — average result load time under 120 ms.
Every asset ships with a machine-readable license file (JSON) alongside the media. Choose between Standard (web & social), Extended (broadcast & OOH), or Enterprise (unlimited seats, custom terms). License history is tracked per project dashboard.
Install the StockFlow plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve 18+, and Final Cut Pro. Drag clips straight from the plugin panel into your timeline — proxy files are generated automatically for smooth playback on modest hardware.
Contributors upload via the StockFlow Desktop Uploader, which validates bitrate, checks for audio sync drift, and generates 3 preview tiers (480p, 1080p, 4K) before the asset goes live. Average review-to-publish window: 2 business days.
Under the hood
StockFlow's CDN is distributed across three edge regions (Moscow, Frankfurt, Amsterdam) with a 99.97 % uptime SLA. Video assets are stored in their original codec and resolution, then transcoded on-demand when a download is triggered. Maximum supported upload: 12 GB per file, 8K resolution, 120 fps.
Audio clips are delivered as 24-bit / 48 kHz WAV or lossless FLAC. Metadata follows the SMPTE ST 2067-2 standard for video and iXMP for audio, ensuring compatibility with media asset management systems such as Dalet and Avalon. API access is available via REST endpoints with OAuth 2.0 authentication — 1,000 requests per minute on the Pro tier, 10,000 on Enterprise.

StockFlow is built to disappear into your existing production pipeline. The plugin ecosystem covers the three most widely used NLEs in CIS post-houses, and the platform exposes a webhook system for custom automation.
When you search inside the Premiere Pro plugin, results appear as native media browser items. Double-clicking adds a linked proxy to your project; the full-resolution file downloads in the background and replaces the proxy on next render. DaVinci Resolve users get a dedicated StockFlow page in the Media Pool with sidecar XML metadata for color-grading references.
For team workflows, the Project Sync feature lets producers share curated asset collections with editors via a shareable link. Recipients can preview, license, and download without creating a full StockFlow account — the license is billed to the producer's organization. Teams like Red Square Media and VGC Group use this to distribute branded stock libraries across 50+ editor seats.
