Perpetual License (Buy-Out)

₽1,200 – ₽8,500 per asset — one-time purchase, lifetime rights. Each asset is priced by resolution and complexity: 1080p clips start at ₽1,200, 4K cinematic packages at ₽8,500. Once purchased, you hold a non-exclusive, royalty-free license in perpetuity for any commercial or editorial project — no time limits, no view-count caps, no renewal required.

• Unlimited redistribution as part of your final deliverable (you cannot resell the raw asset itself)

🔒 Extended License (Optional)

For campaigns exceeding standard limits, add an Extended License for ₽3,500 per asset. This unlocks:

• Unlimited print and out-of-home impressions
• Use in merchandise, product packaging, and templates sold to end-users (e.g., stock templates marketplaces)
• Branding and logo-animation rights for third-party trademarks
• Valid for the same term as your base license (subscription or perpetual)

🚫 Not Permitted

• Reselling, redistributing, or gifting the raw, unmodified asset as a standalone file
• Use in AI/ML training datasets or generative model fine-tuning
• Claiming authorship or copyright over the original footage
• Use in pornographic, defamatory, or illegal content
• NFT minting or blockchain tokenization of the asset

Model & Property Releases

All footage featuring identifiable people carries a signed model release on file. Any recognizable property, artwork, or branded product visible in-frame has a corresponding property release. Our legal team, led by Attorney Marina Volkova (Moscow Bar Association, ID №74-01923), reviews every release packet. Release documents are available for audit upon request within 48 hours.

Indemnification Clause

StockFlow indemnifies all licensees against third-party claims of copyright infringement related to the original asset's provenance. If a claim arises, we cover legal defense costs up to ₽5,000,000 and resolve the matter directly. This protection applies to both subscription and perpetual license holders and is enforceable under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Article 1272).

Provenance & Metadata

Every download embeds XMP metadata with the contributor's name, shoot date, location, camera gear, and license ID. Our contributing network includes 340 verified cinematographers across 18 CIS countries. No anonymous uploads are accepted. Each asset is registered in our internal provenance ledger with a SHA-256 hash, ensuring the file you download is the exact file we reviewed and cleared.
